Receipts for this journal have been a problem for us too.  We do have v.39,
no.1, Spring 1995 (received March 8, 1995) and v.39, no.4, Winter 1995
(received Jan. 8, 1995).  We have non-receipts and repeated claims for some
issues every year.  It seems that, even though we have a prepaid subscription,
issues come only in response to claims and not always then.  A few times,
after many claims, we have received a 8-1/2 X 11 inch photocopy of an issue
because no more regular copies were available.

Faculty members here do not seem to have problems receiving issues.

Tuscon AZ 85721.  We subscribe to this journal through our subscription
