How could you *accidentally* change a title? Fortunately, we missed the issue that proclaimed the title change and did not know about it. When I first noticed the title change early in the year, they not only changed the title, the format was changed in the middle of the volume. This creates a big problem for binding too. We had gone through all the trouble to change the title. I decided to wait before sending them out for binding. Then I received this letter on Monday. I was so angry with the publisher, I felt like to punch them right in the face. In the letter, they not only tell you that we missed one issue which is now out of print and to have the nerve to tell us that the title was *accidentally* changed is unbelievablly irresponsible. I wonder if they realize what we have to go through to change a title. May be next time they will tell us they *accidentally* changed the format too. Sorry that I have to vent my anger. But of all the excuses, I think this one tops them all. Well, It was Monday when I read the letter. :( Jane Wang Weinberg Memorial Library University of Scranton e-mail: wangc1@uofs.edu
