Our consolidation records show that you are correct.
The publishers did not number V.15 correctly.

V.15 #1 was called V.14 #5
V.15 #2 was called V.15 #6
V.15 #3 was called V.15 #7
V.15 #4 was called V.15 #8

V.16 now appears to be back on track.  We received V.16 #1 in March 1996 and
V.16 #2 in June 1996.  You may receive them later in the USA.

Our records also show a change of publisher in early 1995. The current publisher
is the Australian Institute of Project Management
