Subject:      Vocational Education Journal now Techniques

Gregory of Millersville Univ asked about the possible name change for
Vocational Education Journal.  We received our first issue today - it is
Techniques and continues the volume and number of Vocational Education
Journal.  Also has the same ISSN.

The issue is here.  It did come in the old wrapper and my assistant was
puzzled why I had the note 'give to superv.'in the box.  That was because
