I am cataloging Women's resources international [computer file]
(OCLC#34489649). This is a database of citations combined from indexes and
bibliographies, some are serials published in print form. I understand I
must add linking entry field 776 to point to the records for the print
versions, but in my CONSER manual I cannot find instructions to provide
uniform title added entries as well. CEG p.1 for field 730 states: "Field
730 is used in serial records for authoritative added entries for works
entered under title that have a relationship to the serial being
cataloged."  Am I correct in assuming that I should add uniform title added
entries for the appropriate related records? I appreciate your help
