St. Martin's is a small academic library (approximately 600
periodical titles; not currently automated,  but on the verge)
contemplating a change to a different serials vendor.  I would
appreciate a quick evaluation of service and satisfaction from
users of Readmore Academic Services--responsiveness,
promptness/accuracy, and overall "ease of use" of manual and
