Subject:      Inside EPA's Environmental Policy Alert

Does anyone else get this?  Am I correct in assuming (though that is
dangerous to do) that since last year's volume was 13, this year's
volume should be 14?  The first issue, which I have received today,
has Vol.IX, No.1-January 1, 1997 on the front.  Thanks.
