Another place to look for information about electronic journals is the
Directory of Electronic Journals, Newsletters and Academic Discussion
Lists at http://arl.cni.org/scomm/edir/index.html. It lists titles that
cost as well as those that are available for free, but it's easy to see
which ones are free. Each title is listed with a brief description, URL,
frequency, ISSN, date of first electronic issue, whether or not it is peer
reviewed, cost, contact information (including name, address, phone, fax,
and email), and other pertinent information. The Directory is also
available in print format; more information is available at the URL
above.
