A patron came to our department recently with a citation for Newsweek,
v. 129 no. 1.

We looked through the double issue (V. 128 no. 27) and the article
wasn't in there.  Nor was it in subsequent issues.

Is there such a creature as v. 129 no. 1 for Newsweek at all?  Has
anyone ever received it?  A quick glance in Uncover just says "not
received"...but it does have a space for it.
