Last year's "Fundamentals of Acquisitions" preconference touched briefly
on how electronic resources and networks have transformed acquisitions
and collection development.  The returning cast of "Fundamentals" explores
licensing for electronic media, outsourcing and document delivery, using
the World Wide Web for acquisitions, and managing the acquisitions process
in this time of rapid change.  Speakers:  Trisha Davis, Head, Continuation
Acquisitions Department, and Carol Pitts Diedrichs, Head, Acquisition
Department, The Ohio State University Libraries.
