***We kept the bib record for the original and are shelving both, together,
as one title with duplicate numbering.  As long as we're only paying for
the one, this is our solution of choice until the matter is settled one way
or the other.

Cecilia Leathem inquired about the Bulletin of Hispanic Studies situation.
The latest Liverpool edition we have is v.74:no.1 (1997:Jan.), and the
latest Glasgow edition we have is v.73:no.4 (1996:Oct.).

Finally last month I got our local records straightened out for these
titles, after the British Library announced their decision on the ISSN and
key titles.  The Glasgow edition is ISSN 007-490X (the "original" ISSN),
with key title:

        Bulletin of Hispanic Studies (Liverpool. 1923)

The Liverpool edition is ISSN 1367-9376, with key title:

        Bulletin of Hispanic Studies (Liverpool. 1996)

These changes have not yet been made on OCLC.  Until those records are
fixed, I have done the following (selected fields only from bib records):
