Our consortium downloaded the print records from OCLC. We indicate on the
copy record in our local system that the title is an electronic file which
can be accessed from the IAC button on the library's web page. As far as
this goes it works fine.

The problem we experience comes in when the students go to IAC expecting to
get full-text articles and the titles IAC told us were full text are not.
This has happened several times. IAC supplied the list of full-text titles.
We downloaded records for these titles and then got students coming back to
us complaining that they are not full text.

We have found that on certain titles this year only is full text, or IAC is
planning to make a title full text but it hasn't yet, or it used to be full
text. This aspect of IAC is *very* annoying and frustrating and we haven't
figured out how to handle it yet.
