Subject: For more on serials title pages

Naomi Young has already answered Teresa Grimm's questions about
serials title pages. If Teresa or anyone else wants to know more
about title pages, I heartily recommend the CONSER Cataloging
Manual, module 3. That module provides excellent instructions on
selecting the source of a serial's title and gives many examples.

The Manual is a key tool for anyone who catalogs serials. It is
money very well spent.
