Re Mitch Turitz' questions on LCRI 25.5B: I agree with Mitch --
especially since there are so many government organizations which change
their names only to change back again in a year or two. It would
certainly be easier for most patrons to understand if there are fewer
records; and I think we all agree that we are cataloging for them, not
for other librarians.
