I agree with Renny Lloyd.  In addition to the later-in-the-morning
(i.e., not 8 a.m.) slots allowing folks to sleep in a bit, it also
allows time for the local people who have to drive in to meetings a
chance to get to the meetings without getting up at the crack of dawn;
 driving up to San Francisco this year from San Jose took well over an
hour during rush hour traffic.  Since this is one of the few chances of
us union list editors actually to hear/talk to others about union
listing, it's too important to bury the meeting in the middle of
everything else.
