Web newspapers can be found under three main geographic locations: The United States, The Americas (all but U.S.), and Other Continents. Most newspapers seem to be freely accessible, but a few I've looked at have had some sort of registration requirements. The AJR Newslink site is logically arranged and I find it easy to use.
