Has anyone had any problems obtaining this journal?

If you have a current issue would you send me their fax no. and
address?

I ask because despite several claims/faxes to publisher in
Mexico there has been no sign of it since we ordered it to
start in 1996.

Does anyone know whether they have folded, died etc.
