We are a small scientific library and we are in the process of examining
the feasibility of switching from paper to electronic versions of
journals. Does anyone have experience with such a project? Are there
important factors that go beyond the economic and budget related details
that we need to take into consideration? Do you know of any studies that
have been written and/or published on these experiences?
