Villanova is experiencing incompatibility between our network printing
software and JPRINT. As JPRINT retrieves and prints the first page of
an article, our networking client popup window appears. If we key in
the user name, filename and password for printing, then JPRINT freezes
and will not retrieve or print any more pages. If we wait and complete
the network client popup window after JPRINT retrieves and prints all
the pages, then there is no problem.

JSTOR has been diligently working with us on this problem.

makes sense to you.
