I would like to thank all the wonderful people who came to my assistance
in getting copies of the articles in Library Management -- there were
replies and assistance from librarians not only all over America, but
also from Paris, Singapore, England (Loughborough & London) and Bremen
(Germany).  Truly we are very fortunate to have such a marvelous source
of information and support as SERIALST and all of you caring &
thoughtful individuals.

Thank you all!

Now to go off for a week's holiday, to read all the articles, and write
my paper!

On the topic of the price of the journal:  we have all verbally bashed
Elsevier and some of the other scientific journal publishers:  perhaps
we should do likewise with some publishers in our own library field?
