Hi Jeanette,

In the front matter of the latest issue of Journal of Drug Issues there is
an explanation for the reprinted article.  Apparently there was a problem
with the original piece, the reprint is to replace the misprint.

Jeanette,

Yes and yes.  The explanation for the corrected article is in
vol. 28 #2, Editor's comments (along with apologies to the author for
publishing a draft rather than the final version.)  Now I am hoping
the errata sheets actually survive until binding time!
