Hi, Lolah -

I tried sending this to your email address, but it came back.
Our routing policies here at Southwestern Oklahoma State University
are pretty simple and are unwritten.  Mainly, the librarians and staff
give the check-in person a list of the journals they
want routed to them.  We have a note on the check-in screen who
is on the routing list for particular titles.  We have not limited
the number they can receive.  Basically, we will route to librarians
and staff alike.
