Subject: Document Delivery Services

We're investigating document delivery as a way to augment our print
periodical title subscriptions as a way to assist our graduate students
and faculty in specifc disciplines.

I would like to know if you can answer the following questions:

1.) Do you subsidize document delivery for your grad students and
faculty?

2.) If so how much do you set aside in your budget? ($10,000, 20, etc.)

3.) Who do you serve? (fac, grad assistants, undergraduates, etc.)

4.) Do you find that DDS has been helpful?
