Subject: Ulrich's on CD-ROM?

Hello Everyone:

I am looking for a library that receives Ulrich's International Periodicals
Directory in CD-ROM format and that would be willing to do a search or two
for me.  I am willing to pay for this service, if need be.

(I am working on a section for the upcoming edition of Magazines For
Libraries and would like to use the CD-ROM version to search for
periodicals that have come into being since the last edition of MFL)

Any inside information or tips on whom to contact would be greatly
appreciated.
