Cheerful Monday to you!

My apologies if this is old news to you, but have you noticed that
Genre, a quarterly, published v30:1 as Spring/Summer 1997 and v30:3
as Fall 1997?

I was able to indicate that 30:2 was not published in our system, but
thought you might like to know to avoid claim problems, etc.  Any ideas
as to why editors/publishers do this?
