We also have had trouble with the Magafile Co. Last summer (Summer, 1997)
I finally had someone answer my call and was able to place a large order
for the Magafiles. The person who answered told me that the owners were
away on vacation and she was filling in while they were away. The order
arrived promptly. I have not had further contact with them since that
time. Previously, we had tried for about a year to place an order.
