Sunee, we prefer that others notify us that requested issues are being
mailed so that we can be prepared to expect them. We generally reimburse in
stamps if the postage is under $10; by check if over that amount. The only
thing we require is a receipt from institutions to which we mail checks; we
include a postcard for the recipient to fill out and send back to us. We
have to have these for our Business Office.

Sunee

your administration is making life too dificult for you!

Ask for a supply of .33 stamps - say $10.00 worth. Put them in an envelope
marked 'Duplicate Exchange'

As you get gifts from other insitutions, use the stamps to reimburse them.
As you send out duplicates to others, they in turn will send you stamps
which you will put in your envelope. Once you get started, you seldom run
out of stamps!
