Subject: Candidates for _Just-in-Time(sm): Electronic Article Delivery Services_

I am greatly interested in identifying *additional* projects and/or
services that provide 'pay-per-view' access to journal articles, chapters,
database access, etc. to individuals or institutional for which an
individual or institutional not does have a formal subscription for
addition to my clearinghouse _Just-in-Time(sm) Electronic Article
Delivery Services. The address for currently identified efforts, along
with contact and price information, and access to such services is

    http://www.public.iastate.edu/~CYBERSTACKS/Just.htm

Here's a full description of the scope of Just-in-Time(sm)

<QUOTE>

Just-In-Time (sm): Electronic Article Delivery Services is a clearinghouse
of projects, research, products and services which are investigating or
provide desktop access on an 'As Needed' basis to individual journal,
magazine, newspaper, or other serial publication article, chapter, or
paper for which an individual or institution does not have a formal
subscription. This clearinghouse also includes bibliographic databases
that can be searched for a fixed transactional fee. Entries have been
organized in categories that characterize the scope of service and within
each arranged alphabetically by the name of the service, project, or
publisher.

Of particular interest are any research studies of use of such services.

As Always, Any and All contributions, comments, critiques,
questions, concerns, etc. etc. are Most Welcome.
