We have had Innovative from the very beginning -- and have never
regretted it (to my knowledge, anyway!) It's worth the price, as it
works well, hardly ever has had any down time, and has wonderful people
at their help desk. I can't remember what year we started (with the
serials module only, later with the full system), but it has been well
over 10 years... and that's a very long time as systems go.
