Has anyone noticed that, although the publisher (American Association for
the Advancement of Science) states that they publish weekly on Friday
except the last week in December, they failed to pubish a July 23 issue?
July 16, 1999 carries v. 285 # 5426; July 30, 1999 carries v. 285 # 5427.

Neither issue says it uses a combined date.
