Is it my mistake or is the September 13th, 1999 issue of National
Review numbered incorrectly?  I recorded the last issue as
vol.LI, #16 and this issue is numbered vol.LI,#8.  The year up until
this point seems to be correctly numbered #1-16.  Does someone
have an explanation?  Thanks.
