Editor's note:  We find that the URL previously posted on SERIALST
(http://www.rowe.com/news/prs.htm#dawson) was working at the point at
which it was originally posted.  It was still working as of a
few minutes ago.  The alternate URL that Susan notes below
(http://www.rowe.com/news/pr990916_dawson.asp) appears to point to the
same press release that was cited earlier -- but at a different address.
