I know a Japanese vendor to which we order all our Japanese serials, and
who is dealing with them very well. He is not specialized in ESL

I have also a question for the list : would anybody know a good specialized
vendor for African serials ? We have quite a lot of titles published in
Africa and have the biggets difficulties to obtain them.
