Hi Sarah

do what I do: call your customer service person at Ebsco and tell them
your problem. Have them straighten it out. That's what you're paying
them for.

Hi!
I am trying to find out if any other libraries have had this problem.
We use EBSCO as our serials vendor. This year, when we sent in our
renewal list, somehow most of the publishers interpreted them as new
subscriptions rather than renewals. This has resulted in a number of
early start dates and duplicate subscriptions. Which will, next year,
result in early expire dates. If you have experienced a similar problem,
please let me know. Thanks!

***This happens with our vendor sometimes also. All I do is photocopy the
labels on the duplicate issues and forward them to my rep. She contacts the
publishers and gets our expiration dates straightened out.
