Now a good Cornish Pastie,
A Cornish pasty? NOW you're talking. Of course I may be biased as my daughter went to University down in Cornwall (about as far west as we can go before falling into the sea and heading for Canada) and she now has a job down there. I liked pasties before, but now I've been introduced to some of the very very best! (And some really interesting flavours - lamb and mint, cheese and Marmite...)
(Although I watched an hour long documentary about the making of them a week or so ago and some of the magic went out of them!)
