I suppose I'd better make some kind of decision on whether this counts as 'published' or not.   Currently I don't include 'web page' documents - however nice they might look or useful they might be unless they carry at least some form of "imprint" information as though they were published.

It's not that I don't like it, I just have to have some kind of boundary - I can't do *everything*.  Would love to, but can't.  Of course, web pages themselves are a whole 'nother world, but again, much though I'd love to track them all and track them all across time, I've just had to decide I couldn't do everything.  (Of course, there are exceptions: Travellermap is one such.)

The reason I brought the item to everyone's attention is because of the HIWG document number. No having access to the HIWG material the number may help finding it on the CD you are all looking at.
