I've never really gotten into this in much detail but on small ships like a free trader one guy is gonna' have to cover a lot more than someone on a larger starship.

And then there's the scout ship.

Whether or not it's crewed by ex-Scouts & whether or not there's one or two aboard, *everything* still has to be covered.

Guess that's where JOAT comes in.
