Three garden hoses with different fittings,
half a big ball of space rated twine,
three right flip flops.
Two wrench sets missing the same sized wrenches.
Several different chargers for equipment long since replaced.
( Hint you would not believe the number of wall warts I own, they come in handy when making tools)
A selection of O2 tank fittings.
A pair of 15cm Stilettos with magnetic soles size 12, very glossy Hot Pink.
Not to forget the selection of foul and cold weather gear that don't match.

A bunch of 'entertainment' holos that are perfectly acceptable elsewhere in the sector, but the inspector has some fairly limited views of propriety and morals.

One of the pillows on the couch in the lounge has a dark brown/red stain on it. It's not a big stain, but when tested, it will reveal a bloodstain. Sometime in the past, when the team was treating an injured crew member, the pillow got a small stain and it was supposed to get properly cleaned, but too many things to do (including more fun ones). Maybe the blood was for someone other than the crew and who is not aboard now... that'd be sticky.

The vacc suit spray patch still works, but its old. The chemical propellant has been banned in the jurisdiction you're going into. All sealer products will be confiscated and likely a fine would be levied.

A plant one of the crew liked is growing happily in the lounge. It happens to produce pollen periodically. It just happens to be at the time of the inspection. The pollen gets on an inspector and he recognizes it is not something permitted on the planet so an order is issued for all ship members to go through quarantine showers upon existing the vessel and they must buy government approved yellow jumpsuits with little booties for CR 10 per person. No gear may enter the planet or high port from their ship. And if they didn't do a good enough trip in the shower, the medic will send them back with a more powerful (and skin irritating) cleaner for another shower.

That doesn't mean that it's empty, however. Sometimes, some of that Stuff

Do Need To Have, but it doesn't quite belong in any of the other lockers.

So...

"What's in _your_ [cleaned-out] locker?"
1) a transponder module meant to bring it into compliance with a deprecated standard
2) a storage device containing unauthorized open-source firmware for a non-critical component. It might be in violation of local patent law...
3) a box holding ID cards, all of the same crew member, all of them issued by different planetary governments.
