Ok, for the one person that cares (i.e. me), the recent update to the six What's Wrong With the Ship? files don't change the entries but add two pages: one of advertising and one of OGL text.  Each of the six PDFs now has four pages instead of two: cover, table, advert, and OGL.

The updates haven't taken the opportunity to correct errors such as "loose" for lose in 1/4/5, "controls is overloading" in 2/6/1 and 2/6/2 or the lack of verb in 5/5/1 ("is overloading" would fit the bill).

However, weirdly, in the one actual change that I've found, 5/1/1 loses its task DM:

Dorsal port primary weapon mount is dented (47), DM-1 Gunnery tasks
is now just:
Dorsal port primary weapon mount is dented (47)

This seems odd, as - if I'd done any revision of the tables - it would have been to add *more* actual effects to those that are just 'colour' descriptions and don't say they affect anything.

Also, the addition of OGL text for Traveller and Mongoose to the files, technically means I guess that I could now count them as Traveller items even though they make no claim to be such on the cover, in the main text or on the DriveThru pages.  But between their immediate utility for Traveller and their use of Traveller task DMs, they've always 'felt' pretty Traveller and I think I've included other things in the Bibliography with as little 'claim'. [1]

Hmmmm, I rather like the idea of bringing them into fold as it were.  Expect an update to the Addenda in the near future.

I perhaps ought to note, given my attempted rules for 'general maintenance' that I've posted, that vol5 and vol6 come with a separate "instructions" PDF.  This makes clear that they're NOT suggested for use like this.  They are suggested for use after ship combat, poor landings, flying through hazards, neglect, on finding a derelict ship, on buying a second hand ship and to speed up combat.  (Why only vols 5 and 6 get the instructions, I can't tell you.)

They're still, IMO, brilliantly useful and worth the few cents they cost.  There's a bundle of all 6 too if that helps.  [I have no affiliation to or connection with Mr Frank Succardi; just a happy customer.  Whether I use them incorrectly or as envisioned but not stated, I've had a lot of fun with them - perhaps more so at TravCon where pulling them out doesn't result in a <sigh>  :-)  ].

[1] Although there are also things on DriveThru that 'claim' Traveller in their keywords but are clearly unrelated to Traveller except by virtue of being usable with "a science fiction RPG".  I don't include those.
