I'm analyzing some ship designs that are slightly
house-ruled; they're severely overpowered (larger M-Drive and PP than
the rules nominally allow; the ships in question are more or less
"tugboats" for a shipyard),
The question occurs are the "oversized" drives just larger standard drives or are they custom built drives?
My assumption with the standard drives is that they are off the shelf sorta things.
One-off custom drives on the other hand might take significantly longer to to put together.
