There are actually three things I'd like from you:

1. Continue _Funny Fish_. You write excellent fiction, and this provided
some interesting insights into Luriani society and their psychology -
including that of Luriani-by-choice.

Currently my project is MAM2 Suerrat, then possibly another MAM (Bwaps are frequently mentioned) with a second edition of Luriani after that. But I do need get back to funny fish, have left it rather hanging

2. More sourcebook information on the Luriani. The Mongoose book that you
did simply didn't go far enough (and I do understand why it didn't - but
that doesn't change the facts...). I think that the Luriani are probably in
the top three of "Most interesting societies in Traveller". And it's all
your fault!

3. This could only be handed around as samizdat fanac; it absolutely
couldn't appear on any Traveller site that has even tacit approval for
existing (I understand Marc's position on keeping Traveller
family-friendly, and mostly agree with it) - but I still think that a short
sourcebook-type folio on the ... ummm, shall we call it the Intimate
Interaction trade?... would make interesting reading - essentially, an
organized presentation of the information on the trade that you've
presented here, plus whatever else would expand on it and make it more
understandable to those of us who are _not_ in a position to be able to
know.

I'm well aware this information can't be published sadly. The subject is "controversial" and the moment it comes up far too many minds will snap immediately to the "gory details" of my job.

Based on the comments in the threads here on the topic, I think the 'core
skills' that would be needed would be Carousing, Steward, Liaison,
Streetwise, and probably at least 0-level Admin and Legal, especially for
the self-employed. I'd not be surprised if those working at the ... easily
abused ... levels of the profession would also pick up Brawling or Blade
(dagger or knife) or some other minimally-armed or unarmed "combat" skill.

Pretty much. Stealth helps, cross the lobby of a five star hotel without drawing undue attention, especially when they've dressed you up like a gold coin harlot and then told you to be discreet. Especially hard for me, a 6'3" with bright purple hair, but I pull it off. So does persuasion, get them to book in the first place.

(Y'know, when looking only at relevant skills, it's amazing how much like
the RTT1 "Agent" it looks like...)

Yeap, a lot of similarity. It's why I think it'd make a good player character.
