All of our hospitals have their own security, but 3 of the hospitals hire one officer in an off-duty capacity 24/7.

The officers are actually paid through the hospital and have 401k’s through them also.  There is a big pool of officers that work at each hospital and break the shifts into 8 or 6 hours.
