The CD's are not Windows NT compatible which is the OS the University is
using.  Our network administrator is reluctant to set up and support a
dedicated computer station for this single product.

No, the service isn't available in a web based format.  Their web site
provided me with fax, phone, and e-mail, all of which I've tried, and
after 4 weeks I still haven't had a response.
