Oh well, if you're going to get into the *medical* journals, there are lots
of them like that:
Chest
Blood
Cancer
etc.,
but my two personal favorite medical titles are:

Disease-a-month (sorta like Harry and David's?) and
Ostomy wound management (my nomination for a coffee-table mag)
