We have vol. 31 (1987) on microfilm, I checked the roll and it ends with no.
3 (Fall 1987). It appears there never was a no. 4 that year.

Can anyone tell me if this issue was ever published? And if so, what the
date was on it?
We don't have it, but seem to have all the quarters (dates), so I don't know
if I should list it as missing or not.

Quoted from inside cover of vol. 32, no.1 Winter 1988:
"According to schedule, the Winter 1988 issue of ORBIS would normally be Volume 31,
Number 4. As you can see, however, it is in fact Volume 32, number 1. The editors
have made this change in order to align the volume with the calendar year. From now
on the volume will begin with the new year......the decision was made to make this
change so that a new color scheme can be put into effect. Each volume and calendar
year will be represented by a different color..."
Hope this helps. By the way, was there a vol.32, no.4 1988?
