Harvard Business Review Online? Bob Scheier 03 Jan 2003 20:20 UTC

I am interested in how other libraries are providing online access to the
Harvard Business Review, and how satisfied they are with their product of
choice (especially lag time compared to print version). From what I have
discovered so far, it is only available from Ebsco via Business Source
Premiere and Business Source Elite, and from newsstand.com. But the
newsstand arrangement is not suitable for our library. It requires loading
data on a LAN/Intranet with some sort of digital rights management software
and a proprietary reader client installed on each pc (the dark ages?).
Nothing is available directly from the publisher.

Any input is much appreciated.

Regards,
Bob

"I knew that I could never again raise my voice against the
violence of the oppressed in the ghettos without having first
spoken clearly to the greatest purveyor of violence in the world
today -- my own government. For the sake of those boys, for the sake
of this government, for the sake of hundreds of thousands trembling
under our violence, I cannot be silent. "
