We keep our loose issues along side our bound, so the process of bindery is very simple from a sample situation.

* The serials staff person can actually set up a job that is very simple by going through a section and setting down the titles that they want to bind,
* Our bindery then provides us with carbon slips for original instruction per piece,
* This makes it very simple to instruct after you collect the volumes to bind.
* Save the carbonized slips and mark the opac record so everyone else can see the out to bindery status of the item.

Works for us, enjoy.
