We just received the same sort of letter from EBSCO regarding the Oxford
University Press titles.  And OUP's web site says the standard
institutional price includes print+electronic.  Choosing e-only or
print-only gets you a discount, according to OUP.  They, too, are
defaulting to print only.  It isn't because they are renewing at the
lowest price--e-only is the lowest, so I'm slightly confused as to the
rationale, too.
