This position will be based in the San Francisco office, and will report to the Customer Care Team Leader. The Claims Specialist shall be responsible for the resolution of client claims concerning non-deliveries, misapplied payments, and/or misplaced subscriptions.  The Claims Specialist is also responsible for maintaining and improving the overall claims process.

        *       Some experience with publishers, libraries, customer care or some aspect of client support helpful.
        *       Service minded individual with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.
        *       Problem solver who enjoys anticipating and resolving client issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
        *       Possess superior people skills, and enjoy working with a variety of clients and co-workers over the phone, via e-mail and in person.
        *       Experience utilizing the World Wide Web as a matter of course in the job, as well as familiarity using the computer software applications:  Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Permanent, FT, Non-exempt $11-$13/hour
