The overall discussion theme will be: Coping with Change. Steering
committee members will facilitate individual round table discussions on the
following sub-topics for 40 minutes, before tables summarize for the group
at large:

1.  How to deal with a new dean

2.  How to cope with changes in next year's budget

3.  Adjusting work flows after migration to a new integrated system

4.  Helping staff cope with change

5.  Developing cooperation between acquisitions and cataloging when
implementing cataloging-on-receipt, PromptCat, receiving shelf-ready
materials, etc.

6.  Convincing the dean that you need more staff in technical services in
order to cope with changes
